Check fitment with us →This is a new LBO (lithium triborate) crystal for the Cutera Excel V. In the Excel V, the crystal converts the 1064 nm Nd:YAG beam to 532 nm, so a damaged or degraded crystal shows up as weak or unstable 532 nm output.
It arrives sealed in moisture-protective vacuum packaging with desiccant, as shown in the photos. LBO is moisture-sensitive, so it should stay sealed until a qualified technician installs and aligns it.
