This pre-owned 2022 DEKA Motus AY gives a practice two of the most widely used aesthetic laser wavelengths in a single cart: 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG. Both sources deliver energy through a user-replaceable optical fiber to quick-release handpieces with electronic spot-size recognition.
The Alexandrite wavelength is well absorbed by melanin, which makes it a strong choice for hair removal, including fine and lighter hair. The deeper-penetrating Nd:YAG wavelength adds versatility for vascular work such as facial and leg veins. The Motus AY is also built for DEKA's Moveo technique, which lets the operator glide the handpiece across the skin for comfortable hair removal across a wide range of skin types.
