Signs your pump is failing
The pump moves coolant through the laser head and back to the heat exchanger. When it weakens, the system usually reports a flow fault first. Left running, poor circulation can overheat the head and put the flashlamp, flow tubes, rod and the flow and pressure switches at risk.
